HIgh Fives all around
The Rice Owls clinched the Western Athletic Conference regular-season title in its 8-7 win over Texas Christian University on Saturday, May 1. Damon Thames, pictured above being congratulated by teammates, drove in the winning run in the 12th inning. The team will close out the regular season at Air Force May 14-16 and then head to the WAC Tournament in Fresno, Calif., May 19. Saturday's doubleheader marked the final games at Cameron Field.
