Rice authors, artists, composers sought

In February, the Friends of Fondren Library will host its annual event to honor Rice faculty, staff, alumni and members of the Friends who in the previous year authored a published book, edited a published journal, composed a major musical work or mounted a one-person art show.

The group is currently seeking to identify all of the Rice authors, editors, composers and artists of 2009. Send the name of the individual, the title of their work, the publisher and the date of publishing or of the art show to the Friends of Fondren by campus mail, MS-245; e-mail, mbixby@rice.edu; or phone, 713-348-5157.
